Delete your Track ID Deck account
Track ID Deck · the Android app and trackidentify.com
Deleting your account permanently removes it and every credit on it. It can’t be undone, and unused credits can’t be restored or refunded.

Delete by email
Enter the address your account uses. We’ll email a link to that inbox; open it and confirm. Needing a click from your own email means nobody else can delete your account.
Account deleted
Your account and its credits have been deleted.
In the Android app
- Open Settings and expand Account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Signed in, this deletes your whole account; not signed in, it deletes the credits held for that phone.
On this website
If you’re signed in here, use the button above. Otherwise enter your email address above, open the link we send, and confirm.
Before you delete
- A subscription bought in the app is billed by Google Play, and deleting your account does not stop it. Cancel it first in Google Play: Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- A subscription bought on this website is cancelled for you when the account is deleted.
What is deleted
- Your account: your email address, your credit balance and every credit on it.
- The link between your account and each phone signed in to it.
- Sign-in sessions on this website, in every browser.
- Sign-in codes, sign-in links and sign-in limits held against your address.
- When you delete in the app, the credits and random identifier held for that phone. The app then makes a new identifier.
What is kept, and for how long
- A note that the account was deleted — a scrambled (hashed) copy of your address and the time, for 30 days, so browsers signed in before the deletion are signed out.
- Website payment references, with your email address — until they expire, at most 30 days after each payment.
- Records that a Google Play purchase has been used — about 13 months, so one purchase can’t be credited twice. They hold the purchase token and a date, not your address.
- Google Play and Paystack keep their own records of your payments, under their own privacy policies.
Your music, playlists, favourites and settings are stored on your phone, not by us, and deleting your account doesn’t touch them. Uninstall the app or clear its data to remove them.
